Welcome Christopher Gurr - Interim General Manager
Highlands Recreation staff and community are excited to welcome Highlands Resident, Christopher Gurr, as interim General Manager. Christopher and his family have lived in the Highlands for over 16 years and have been through many of the programs the Rec has to offer. We look forward to having Christopher with us and all he has to offer to the community.

Highlands Recreation District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
