The Highlands Dolphins Aquatic Club (HDAC) is a safe, fun, and positive swim program to help swimmers achieve their personal best and build lifelong fitness. Based in San Mateo County, we are affiliated with USA Swimming, and offer a variety of groups to meet most swimming abilities.
