Water Exercise Class
Join our Water Exercise class on Tuesday and Thursday, 11:00am-12:00pm. Water exercise is a low-impact workout that is held in three to four feet of water. The classes focus on aerobic endurance, resistance training, and creating an enjoyable atmosphere with music. Water dubbells are provided, but feel free to bring your own!
Class Rates
Highlands Residents: $7
Non-Residents: $10
Class is offered on a drop-in basis, no registration required!
