HDAC Information

The Highlands Dolphins Aquatic Club is growing rapidly, and we are excited for our season ahead! Swimmers recently had the opportunity to race in Pacifica and Palo Alto and will be joining Daly City and Pacifica again in December for three additional swim meets. 

Important HDAC Dates

  •  HDAC Team Potluck | December 13, 4:30pm - 7:00pm 

All dolphin families are welcome! Please rsvp through the invitation posted on Sports Engine Motion website under Team Events.

We want to take a moment to thank those who shared their gratitude by adding leaves to our community tree. Each leaf represents a warm appreciation for something that is found right here at the Highlands Rec Center. Thank you for all the splashes! 

Winter 2025 Registration

Registration for Winter 2025 has begun! There are plenty of swimming lessons available on our website for January, February, and March. Lessons are available Monday through Wednesday and on Saturday and Sunday. Swimming lessons tend to fill quickly, so reserve your spot now. 

Holiday Hours

Please review our website for any upcoming schedule changes at the pool. Important dates to note:

  • December 16, 18, 20: Full Lane availability 8:00am - 11:00am
  • December 24 & 25: Closed
  • December 26-30: Lap Swim *only* 9:00am-1:00pm
  • December 31 & January 1: Closed
